SHIPPING 
 
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. Orders will be delivered depending on destination. 
 
If the delivery is locally in Dubai it will be done by our driver if possible, within the same day or the day after depending on the amount of workload. This service will be totally free of charge and it will make things easy as our driver can wait for you so you can check if everything is perfect with the item before he leaves. We can even send more than one size or print for the selected items so that you can try on the spot and get the perfect one for you. This way it will be the same experience as in the shop as you will be able to receive and try many items and just keep and pay what you decide at the end. If you have any doubts, you can always send us a mail to [email protected] and we will help you regarding with any question related to the purchase.
 
If the delivery is within the UAE or anywhere else in the world the delivery will be done by DHL as we have a business account with very good rates which will depend on location of destination and kg. The shipment will be organized after payment and it will take few days again depending on the country of destination.
 
CUSTOMS
 
customs may apply depending on the shipping country of destination. TIPSY GIPSY is not liable of any additional cost related to customs that may occur. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine if there are any extra cost prior to completing your purchase. Returns and​exchange 
 
Most of our pieces are handmade and many are one of a kind, and even done from antique handmade embroidered pieces​, which may bring some imperfection -which is part of its charm- and must not be seen as a fault. However, if you are not totally satisfied for that reason or any other (incorrect size), you can return the product within 14 days and we will provide you with a full voucher that you can use for a period of a whole year. In case of return please follow the procedure below:
 
    1. send us a mail providing us to [email protected] explaining what’s the reason for the return and providing us with your name, your address and your order number. We don’t provide cash back but we provide with a voucher.
    2. after your request has been approved, we will send you a mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The mail will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in the original packaging. You will also be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.
    3. Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with the voucher number to be used within a year.
